Top Hat Game Productions wants to say Thank You! to their customers at time of release of their first game "Klötzchen" with a
3x 1.000,00 € Thank-You! campaign.
Every 7.500 sold units of "Klötzchen", a technical selection procedure will be used to choose one of all sold units, whose buyer will get 1.000 €. In Germany it will be possible to get a shop's voucher like Amazon or Media Markt.
The clou is: the first 7.500 units will be in the selection of the following selection procedures again, they have 3 times the chance to get the Thank You! The first buyers have a cumulative chance to get the Thank You! Each buyer will have profit of each sold unit - with a little luck, of course.
If "Klötzchen" will be sold more than we expected, we will extend our campaign.
No datapooling:
The game can be bought anonymous online with different payments (with a valid email address and a nickname) and immediately after payment you can download the game. For the time of the campaign we will store the email address to inform the winner.
Terms:
Staff members and their relatives are excluded from this campaign.
The selected buyers will be informed 14 days after the sale of the 7.500th, the 15.000th and the 22.500th unit via the email, that was registrated in our shop. Top Hat Game Productions is not liable to conduct an inquiry if the email cannot be delivered. Each sold unit counts.
We will publish the selection on our website http://kloetzchen.tophatgame.com, and on facebook.
Each sold unit automatically participate in this campaign, except those who write "No Thank You! campaign" in the comment-field of the order.
Top Hat Game Productionsreserves the right to cancel the action without advance notice if the proper execution cannot be ensured by legal reasons.
The jugdes' decision is final. This camapign shall be governed by german right only. If single terms are or will be invalid, the others remain in full force and effect.
